Exhibition : “Reflections of Infinity” - A Solo Show by Eric Sanger Monteros
Ka Koncept, Chau & Co Gallery, TiA Talent and Clynk & Drink proudly present the multi-sensory exhibition “Reflections of Infinity”, showcasing water photography and printed silk scarf collection by French artist Eric Sanger Monteros, curated by Chau & Co Gallery & TiA Talent, along with the premium wine collection “Currents of Emotions: Dialogue between Water & Wine” introduced by Clynk & Drink and the aquatic perfume line selected by Ka Koncept Hanoi. Amidst the vibrant and fast-paced rhythm of modern life, we hope that the purest inspirations drawn from the essence of nature, especially water in its various forms, will allow viewers to rediscover “Overflowing Emotions Evoked through Every Sense,” and awaken an infinite connection and a tender harmony with nature, as well as with the quiet joy and stillness within our soul.
Water in photography as a metaphor for the transient nature of life
Water, in his photography, is more than just a subject—it is a metaphor, a medium, and a mirror to the human experience. Its fluidity speaks to the transient nature of life, constantly shifting yet always present. By focusing on water’s reflective and refractive qualities, he explores the delicate interplay between reality and abstraction, challenging the viewer to look beyond the surface. Water is both a stillness and a force, capable of evoking serenity and turbulence in the same instant. It carries history, movement, and memory, shaping landscapes as much as it shapes emotions.
His commitment to capturing water without digital manipulation underscores an authenticity that aligns with its organic, unrepeatable nature—each ripple, wave, or reflection captures a fleeting moment that will never exist again in the same way. In this sense, his work becomes a meditation on time, perception, and the unseen forces that shape our world.
Water, through the lens of photographer Eric Sanger Monteros, water becomes a mirror of the universe, a metaphor for the infinity of consciousness and the eternity of the cycle of death and rebirth. Through his series of water’s photographs, Eric invites us all to pause, to immerse ourselves, and to find meaning in the impermanence of things.
The artistry of winemaking celebrated through its captivating dialogue with the art of water photography
If water is the central theme of Eric Sanger Monteros’s photographic series Reflections of Infinity, embodying an interwoven spectrum between stillness and intensity—then wine, is “another current” carrying within it the story of terroir, time, and the emotions of those who savor it. With this special event, we wish for the audiences to not only enjoy art through sight, but also to experience wine through taste. Through Clynk & Drink’s refined selections, each bottle of wine becomes a fluid artwork that engages in direct dialogue with Eric Sanger Monteros’s photography, creating unique highlights and forming a captivating story about the parallels between visual arts and the art of taste.
Inspired by the serenity, classic charm, and allure of gentle rivers, this wine collection begins with Château Fleur de Plaisance, a symbol of balance and refinement that embodies the tranquil warmth of Bordeaux. Its fresh, captivating aromas of ripe fruits and sweet vanilla flow like a clear stream — the pure source of all emotions.
Following this graceful opening are Domaine de la Libellule and Cabardès, hailing from the prestigious regions of Vacqueyras and Languedoc. Here, the harmony between earth and water shapes a unique terroir, crafting wines that honor the profound artistry of winemaking and celebrate the intricate dialogue between nature’s elements.
The next chapter of the collection draws inspiration from the “currents of the soul.” Spiritus Sanctus Cabernet Sauvignon represents a beam of light piercing through depth — powerful, mysterious, and profound — while Spiritus Sanctus Viognier captures a radiant luminosity, vibrant and complex, like sunlight dancing upon rippling water.
Finally, the D’Oeuvre line unfolds — and gracefully concludes — this sensory journey with five exquisite expressions: Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Gros Manseng. Each bottle offers a distinct emotion: from the bold and spirited Syrah, to the delicate elegance of Pinot Noir; from the crisp vitality of Chardonnay, to the confident depth of Cabernet Sauvignon. The finale, Gros Manseng, delivers a poetic closure — an elegantly sweet wine with notes of honey and tropical fruit, evoking the lingering, blissful aftertaste of a complete artistic experience.
At the opening night of the exhibition, guests are invited to savor Principauté D'Orange, a distinguished red wine from France’s renowned Rhône Valley. Bursting with fresh aromas of black cherry and raspberry, it awakens the senses like a refreshing mountain stream, while its balanced structure embodies the serene harmony of still waters — a quintessential “bistro” wine of grace, versatility, and timeless French elegance.
Unique interpretations of water through transcendental aquatic scents
In the photography of Eric Sanger Monteros, water emerges as a symbol of transformation — both a mirror reflecting existence and a current that nourishes all forms of life. This very spirit becomes the inspiration for Ka Koncept to curate a scented space where four fragrances from four different nations converge in a shared language: water. The four fragrances selected by Ka not only represent distinct cultural perspectives but also embody unique interpretations of water — as a nurturing, reflective, and transformative element, which also forms the soul of this exhibition.
From Moresque, the Italian maison that celebrates artisanal craftsmanship and the opulent spirit of Mediterranean heritage, Sahara Blue tells the story of wanderers crossing vast deserts, where water becomes both a mirage and a symbol of rebirth. Bright bergamot, cool mint, and airy marine accords evoke the serenity and vitality of an oasis. From Floris London, Britain’s oldest perfumery house, Sirena sings a poetic ode to the sea — where sea salt mingles with peony and amber, recalling the gentle rhythm of waves beneath the golden dusk. From France, Une Nuit Nomade unveils Nothing But Sea and Sky, a pure hymn to the ocean — where ozone, musk, and sea breeze notes capture infinite freedom and crystalline clarity. Meanwhile, Carner Barcelona, the voice of modern Mediterranean artistry, offers Helix — a spiraling tribute to the eternal flow of life, blending marine accords, cardamom, and white woods to mirror water’s dual nature: powerful yet tranquil, ever-changing yet serene.
For Ka, perfume transcends the idea of a mere product; it is an art form — an expression of story, emotion, and aesthetics through scent. Visitors are invited to freely explore and experience these four fragrances within Ka Koncept’s curated space — where visual art meets olfactory storytelling, creating a truly multisensory encounter.
The exhibition takes place from October 25, 2025 to November 25, 2025 (with an opening reception at 6:00 p.m. on October 25 for invited guests only) at Ka Koncept Store - No. 3 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi and is open to public with free admission. The exhibition is co-sponsored by Palinoia - a media production service provider for individuals and businesses based in Paris, France, focusing on products that possess artistic value and withstand the test of time.
